Indications:

Magnesium deficiency (pregnancy, breastfeeding, puberty, old age, anxiety, cramp, twitches, muscle contractures. Essential in the maintenance of healthy cartilage, tendons and bones, and to repair wear. Also as a supplement in deficient diets. It is a strong laxative, and as such is indicated for chronic and occasional constipation.

Directions:

Take 4 tablets a day splitting between the three main meals. Average content per daily dose of 4 tablets : magnesium (carbonate - chloride) 340 mg (81% NRV).
