Food supplement based on Soy Lecithin.
Lecithin is the phospholipid that gives flexibility to the membranes of all living beings and, also, it is the molecule that, by esterifying cholesterol, leads it to the liver. It is also an emulsifier of fats, favoring their digestion and their dispersion in the blood, preventing the formation of atheromas and even dissolving existing ones. Lecithin is the food that provides phosphorus and choline.

Directions:

Take 2 to 3 dessert teaspoons a day, ingested directly with some liquid or mixed with yogurt, etc. In case of triglycerides or high cholesterol, take 3 dessert teaspoons a day.
Average contents per daily dose: 2 teaspoons: soy lecithin 7 g.
3 teaspoons: soy lecithin 10.5 g.
