Lecithin is the phospholipid that gives flexibility to the membranes of all living beings and, also, it is the molecule that, by esterifying cholesterol, leads it to the liver. It is also an emulsifier of fats, favoring their digestion and their dispersion in the blood, preventing the formation of atheromas and even dissolving existing ones. Lecithin is the food that provides phosphorus and choline.

Directions:

Take 6 to 9 pearls a day, divided into the 3 main meals.
Average contents per daily dose of:
6 pearls (4.4 g): soy lecithin 4.4 g.
9 pearls (6.6 g): soy lecithin 6.6 g.
